Join us for the Microsoft MVP Community Camp (ComCamp), a series of ICT seminars delivered by the technical experts, a.k.a. Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals (MVPs), and other technical community leaders in 5 languages and 8 countries, for all IT consumers and the communities.
 
The annual ComCamp program consists of 3 Live Webcast weeks, one per quarter, and one In-person Seminar day. We will kick off with a first round of Webcasts Monday, September 22 to Friday, September 26, in all 8 countries. All Webcasts will be broadcasted and made available to anyone, anywhere, to learn trends and techniques from industry leaders.
 
This quarter, the theme is Go Cloud! We will cover all the hot topics about Cloud, targeting small and mid-sized business users, Developers, and IT Pros. Throughout the week, MVPs will present different aspects such as:
  • Developing infrastructure on Cloud
  • Building applications on Microsoft Azure
  • How Microsoft Cloud Technologies will help small and mid-sized business

Visual Studio already has support for easing application development across desktop app development (Windows Store, WPF Windows Forms), Windows Phone 7.1/8 using Portable Class Library. Now Visual Studio 2013 extends further by creating Universal Windows app for all of these target environments. Visual Studio as IDE doesn't stop here, since Xamarin has provided support to create app for Android and iOS using the same Visual Studio since VS2010.
