Biography
As a people-centric professional, I believe in the value and potential of individuals and what they are capable of achieving, as well as what groups of individuals can accomplish together. My passion is to help others realize their value and potential by empowering them through technology. I am the CEO of North America at SolidQ, an active contributor to the SQL Server and Microsoft BI & Analytics technical community, and have been a Microsoft SQL Server Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for many years. Since 2002, I have maintained a high level of involvement in the Professional Association for SQL Server (PASS) where I was a Chapter Leader, Regional Mentor and served on the Board of Directors. I also have the honor of serving on Microsoft's Partner Advisory Council for Business Intelligence (BIPAC), and continue as an advisor and contributing editor at SQL Server Pro Magazine. My education includes an MBA from Penn State's Smeal College of Business, a Masters of Information Technology, as well as undergraduate degrees in Communications and Culinary Arts.
