There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems.
Ed Crowley is a Senior Consultant for Convergent Computing. Ed holds a Bachelor's degree in Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences, and a Master's degree in Business Administration, both from the University of California, Berkeley, and possesses an alphabet soup of Microsoft certifications, but he is most proud of his hard-earned Brainbench certification in Exchange 5.5. He has been working so intimately with Exchange since Beta 2 of Exchange 4.0 that his wife and kids are threatening to leave him. Ed's passion for e-mail; his zeal for the English language; his fanaticism for proper grammar, spelling and punctuation; and his verve for criticizing other people's hard work have made doing technical edits for Exchange publications a natural avocation. Microsoft has recognized Ed’s insane passion by bestowing upon him a Most Valuable Professional (MVP) designation annually since long enough ago that both Ed and the MVP Program have forgotten the year.
