Jane is a retired systems analyst, now an independent consultant, who primarily works with home computer users and small businesses. Known at online security forums as NonSuch, Jane is responsible for running the online Malware Removal University, and the MalWare Removal Forums at malwareremoval.com, where an able teaching staff trains volunteers in the use of software analysis media and malware removal tools that enable them to assist victims of malware attacks. As well as administering and teaching at the Malware Removal University, Jane is a Trusted Advisor at SpywareInfo, Teaching Team at WhatTheTech, a Security Expert at SaferNetworking and SpywareWarrior among others. Jane is proud to be a member of ASAP (Alliance of Security Analysis Professionals) and UNITE (United Network of Instructors and Trusted Eliminators). Jane enjoys her work in the online forums, especially her favorite and primary focus, the Malware Removal University and teaching new helpers. Offline, Jane is involved in her local community and volunteers a portion of her time to helping others properly set up and secure their systems. She does workshops and also addresses local senior groups on computer security issues. Jane maintains an e-mail security list, reminding friends and family of needed system updates and maintenance. She also has a security blog that facilitates outreach to a broader range of home PC users, providing them with advice and security tips.
