Biography
Scott is a senior CRM consultant for Hitachi-Solutions. With more than 15 years experience in project implementation and a focus on data migration and integration, Scott has served as a lead on several large CRM projects, including a 2008 Gartner Award winner for Sales Optimization and a 2011 Microsoft Excellence Award winner (Building Customer Relationships).
Scott is a both a popular speaker on CRM-related topics and a frequent contributor to the community through blogs and a co-author of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM MVP Book.
