Our goal is to make the MVP Summit as relevant and worthwhile to you as possible. The best way to accomplish this is to get your feedback! Although you can send your feedback and ideas about the Summit at any time throughout the year to Paulette Suddarth, there are some specific times and vehicles where you can impact the designs being made for the MVP Summit.
Countdown to Summit – held on Oct 21st, online: Please join members of the MVP Award Program for an informative countdown to the November 2014 MVP Global Summit. CPM Melissa Travers, her colleagues, and Visual C# MVP Joseph Guadagno will be sharing their insights on how to maximize your Summit experience. If you have never attended the MVP Summit and have questions about what you should wear, the daily agenda or how to get around in the Bellevue/Redmond area, this is place to find out and have your questions answered. Targeted to first time Summit attendees but all are welcome. Online meetings will be held on Oct 21st at two different times, contact your CPM if you did not receive an invitation and wish to attend.
MVP Trivia – Via Email:
In response to a suggestion from an MVP, we hosted a few MVP Trivia questions on last year’s Summit website. We’d like to do it again this year and include stories, experiences and facts about the program and the unique individuals in it! Send ideas for questions and the answers to Paulette Suddarth
. Make it fun. For example, “What Latin American country usually shows up decked out in yellow and green and are heard singing “Olé, Olé, Olé, We are the champions?”
Menu Tasting Events – In-person – September or October: Having great menus that satisfy all cultures is really important to us. We discovered that it’s one thing to have a tasty-sounding description for an entrée, but another to actually taste it! Therefore, we invite MVPs locally or those who happen to be in town to tasting events for the Hyatt and for where-ever the attendee party will be. Paulette will send a notice out via CPMs to invite MVPs to participate in these. These are fun to do.
Event Evaluations – Online on evening of Nov 5th:
Like last year, we will send out ONE evaluation shortly after 17:00 on Wednesday, 5 November. The evaluation will be tailored to each person’s schedule meaning you will get asked questions about the specific sessions you enrolled in. We make it worth your while to fill out these too – we give out great prizes such as hotel upgrades for the next event, nice electronics and other awesome/desirable things. Wait until you see posts of pictures of their room grandeur from the MVPs who won the hotel upgrades! Here
is a list of the evaluation prize winners.
