Event coordinator for "Gamer Education Day" and "Extra Life" events at CSU Bakersfield. Founder, Campus Gamers at CSU Bakersfield. Founder, President, Campus Gamers Network, Inc.
I'm a 2013 graduate of CSU Bakersfield with an MA in Communications and a minor in Business Administration. I'm currently pursuing a Master's degree in Public Policy Administration with a concentration on non-profits.

In 2011, I founded the Campus Gamers student organization at CSUB. Campus Gamers has been honored with 18 "Outstanding Student Leadership" awards, including "Club of the Year."

I am the event coordinator and emcee for the "Gamer Education Day" events at CSUB, which feature award winning speakers from the game industry.

I am the event coordinator for Team Bakerfield's "Extra Life" events since 2012. To-date, 700 participants have raised over $35,000 for our local children's medical center. In 2014, we raised $21,000, finishing #20 out of over 6,200 teams in North America.

In late 2014, I launched the Campus Gamers Network, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, that unites gaming clubs on multiple campuses for the purpose of collaboration, competition, and charitable fundraising.

Being honored by the Microsoft MVP program has been instrumental in my ability to execute the Campus Gamers, Gamer Education Day and Extra Life programs. Xbox serves as the centerpiece of these programs, running all FPS tournaments (Halo, Gears, CoD), dedicated Xbox 360 machines for games like Rock Band, Fantasia and Just Dance with Kinect sensors, and even Steel Battalion on the original Xbox.
