Andrew has over 21 years of experience across the Microsoft stack, ranging from Windows NT to enterprise solutions using Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform.

Andrew spent over nine years specializing in the healthcare industry, managing and leading teams for multibillion-dollar e-health initiatives.  More recently his experience has shifted towards large commercial banking using AI-driven extreme automation to drive down costs and government organisations delivering leading services to their citizens.

Andrew has been awarded the Microsoft MVP 5 times and the FastTrack Recognised Solution Architect twice, Andrew has founded and contributed to multiple open-source projects, participated in Power Platform communities, and currently works as the Microsoft Solutioning Lead for IBM’s Microsoft Business Applications Practice in Australia.
