John Robbins


John Robbins is a cofounder of Wintellect, a consulting, training, and debugging company who focuses on helping their clients ship better software faster.  At Wintellect he focuses on the debugging portion of the business and has debugged and tuned applications at companies such as eBay, Microsoft, Autodesk, and Intuit.  For WintellectNOW, John developed the Mastering .NET Debugging, Mastering Windows Debugging, and Mastering PowerShell courses. His books include Debugging Microsoft .NET 2.0 Applications (Microsoft Press 2006) and Debugging Applications for Microsoft .NET and Microsoft Windows (Microsoft Press 2003).  He was a long time contributing editor to MSDN Magazine and writes the popular Bugslayer column.  Prior to founding Wintellect, John was one of the first engineers at NuMega Technologies and either engineered, architected, or lead development on such products as BoundsChecker, TrueTime, TrueCoverage and SoftICE.
