Biography

Graduated in Electronic Engineering at the Polytechnic school of
Milan. He  has been working in IT field since 1983 as a trainer, consultant and designer in C language in UNIX, until 1992. Since 1992 his activity has been oriented to the world of the network OS in Novell Netware 3.1x/4.x, Unix/Linux, Windows
 Client & Server *, in particular in the field of the Directory Services
X.500/LDAP Novell NDS, Microsoft Active Directory, ecc., which was the
subject of his degree dissertation thesis. Since 2000 he has collaborated with Mondadori Informatica and OverNet Solutions as a consultant, trainer and speaker in many conferences (WPC, Windows Professional Conference). In 2003 he collaborated as a teacher with "Scuola d'Eccellenza di Catania" (University of Catania) for the master of e-Business (for networking and security seminars) and the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna of Pisa for master on Cyber-Security. He is author of book "Guida al DNS: dalla teoria alla pratica", and co-author of other three books: "Guida al TCP/IP, Funzionalità di base" (together with his friend Andrea Garattini and a preface by Vinton Cerf), "Guida alle reti: LAN" (with his friends Andrea Garattini and Davide Righi), "Active Directory, Guida Completa: Da X.500 e LDAP a Windows Server 2003" (with his friends Marco Bonatto, Massimiliano Luciani and Davide Mauri) and "Guida al DNS" in collaboration with IIT/CNR (Italian NIC delegated for .it ccTLD) of Pisa and a preface by Vinton Cerf..
