Bob Tabor helps aspiring developers learn Microsoft software development technologies.
Biography
Bob Tabor is a .NET author and .NET expert who has over 20 years of industry experience with Microsoft software development technologies starting with Visual Basic 3.0.  He has developed software and websites for many companies and organizations including Ernst & Young, KPMG, Sprint, the American Heart Association and the Mary Kay Corporation.

Bob is a long time and frequent contributor to Channel 9 and Microsoft Virtual Academy.  His training videos have been watched millions of times and are among the most popular on both sites.  He started releasing the first online .NET screen cast tutorials on his website LearnVisualStudio.NET (http://www.learnvisualstudio.net) which debuted on February 22, 2002 which instantly gained attention as a great way to learn the new .NET technologies before they were even officially released by Microsoft.  Since then, Bob has recorded dozens of courses for Microsoft and launched Developer University (http://www.devu.com) where he frequently releases new videos focusing on Microsoft software development.

Bob is originally from Chicago, Illinois and graduated with an MIS degree from Loyola University of Chicago.  He now lives near Dallas, Texas with his wife and two sons.
