He was the technical editor for the third edition of Grant Fritchey's "SQL Server Execution Plans". When not working for the community, Hugo makes a living as freelance database developer and consultant. Hugo has over 20 years of experience with SQL Server, in various roles. Coming from a strong database design and normalization background, he has since specialized into query tuning and execution plans.
