With almost 20 years of experience in software development Andrew has constantly pushed his craft to new levels, starting from very controlled ISO9001:TickIT based development for the NHS and MOD, through eXtreme Programming to Scrum and Kanban approaches today. Introduced to SharePoint in 2002 Andrew saw real value in the platform, delivering his first global deployment the same year and ultimately shifting his focus to SharePoint supporting some of the largest deployments of SharePoint on 2003, 2007, 2010 and more recently 2013, becoming a SharePoint MVP in 2007. Andrew supports teams in adopting agile development approaches, mentoring internal teams, helping clients work with their partners and leading teams on high profile projects. Sharing his experiences and techniques through speaking at conferences globally and blogging at 21apps.com. Andrew continues to explore new and innovative techniques, developing his skills and sharing this experience with the wider community. More recently looking at the areas of emergent design which embraces collaborative play (gamestorming and innovation games), dialog and issue mapping to solve complex problems and using gamification to support user adoption and exploitation.
