Ace is an accomplished engineer and professional with an excellent track record with over 29 years of IT experience, Microsoft Certified Trainer since 1998, and presented the Microsoft MVP award from 2002 to 2008, and 2009 - present.

Ace understands and simplifies the complexities in aligning IT and business goals for stakeholders & partners in various verticals including health care, financial, legal, manufacturing, software dev, and IT services. He provides insight and leadership identifying IT solutions to meet business goals. 

Ace is familiar with various technologies, including Cisco PIX & ASA. As an MCT, Ace’s list of courses is extensive, from NT4 to XP Pro, Windows 2000, 2003, 2008 & 2008 R2, 2012, 2012 R2, 2016, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Active Directory, Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, and 2016 IIS, ISA 2000, 2004 & 2006, SMS 2.0 & 2003 & SCCM 2007/2012, SMS, SCCM, and Security+.

Ace was previously a contract trainer for Webucator, and has also offered contract and pro bono training for other organizations. He was a previous member of MVP Solutions, in New Zealand.

Ace has embraced AzureAD (AAD) and Office 365. He previously worked with a large university using Office365 for 30,000 mailboxes (18k staff, and 12k students).

Ace continues to contribute to the TechNet forums offering pro bono assistance, as well as creating new blogs and updating old blogs, as well as create video how-to's for various Active Directory, Exchange, and general networking. 

Ace's past accomplishments include training for New Horizons in King of Prussia, PA, and Knowledge Alliance in Blue Bell, PA, an Exchange engineer for a global pharma with 4500 seats, IT Director for a Phila, PA advertising agency, an engineer for Repton Data, Inc, Springfield, PA, (working with the Pick MDBMS/Operating System). 

Ace previously owned Delaware County Computer Consulting (BandwidthPros, Inc), providing consulting services to small & medium sized businesses, and also offered qualified Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) training.
