Lo Toong Yang is a Technical Consultant at NEC Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. He has been working with Dynamics CRM solution since 2007 started from CRM version 3.0 (SFA solution for Telco company at Singapore, Call Centre & Marketing solution for Insurance company at Malaysia etc.).
