Jack owns and operates software development company Dymeng Services (www.dymeng.com), specializing in sustainable line of business software applications.  He is very passionate about quality software (design & code), and excellent customer service.

Previously a manufacturing business manager, Jack began working with Access more than 10 years ago to handle a requirement that pre-built industry software did not offer.  With the help of online communities and generous teachers, Access quickly became an obsession that expanded into neighboring technologies such as C# and SQL Server.  

These days he can be found at UtterAccess, posting in the forums and working in the Access Wiki.  Jack lives with his wife and two children in New York City, and spends his free time pursuing his love of aviation and trying to play golf.
