Jukka works as a CRM Consultant at Digital Illustrated Finland. He started working with Dynamics CRM in 2005, initially on the customer's side as a project manager for a CRM 3.0 implementation. After managing a development team for global CRM system roll-outs in EMEA & APAC regions and learning the ins & outs of the Dynamics CRM platform while solving real life problem scenarios, Jukka joined a Microsoft partner organization to assume a senior CRM consulting role. With over 10 years of experience on working with customer data management, loyalty programs, direct marketing, campaign management and other CRM processes, Jukka has developed skills for viewing the related information systems through the eyes of the end user and is focused on delivering Dynamics CRM based solutions with high usability to ensure user adoption. He is passionate for improving knowledge worker efficiency through tools and processes that increase the transparency and discoverability of information relevant to the task at hand. Jukka is actively sharing the latest Dynamics CRM news, tips and insights on various social media channels, including his Surviving CRM blog, Google+ page and the @jukkan Twitter profile. He believes that the most important feature of Dynamics CRM is its user community, which allows anyone working with the product to quickly gain access to valuable information for solving day to day problems, as well as being exposed to new ideas from customers and consultants working in various different industries and roles on how to extract further benefits from the Dynamcis CRM platform.
