Christina Phillips

Biography

Christina is a director on BKD’s Microsoft Dynamics GP/CRM team.  She has more than 15 years of project management, training and consulting experience with the Microsoft Dynamics GP and CRM software, including Management Reporter, Human Resources/Payroll, Forecaster and Project Accounting.  She has been a Microsoft Certified Trainer for 13 years and was awarded the Top Instructor Award for Microsoft Dynamics GP in 2008 and 2009.

Christina has presented at Microsoft conferences including Reimagine, Tech Airlift, and TechEd as well as the GPUG Summit on topics ranging from SQL Reporting Services to the Sure Step Implementation Methodology to GP module-specific topics. She has contributed to Microsoft Learning curriculum and certification exams, and currently serves on the Dynamics GP Credentialing committee for the Association of Dynamics Professionals.

Christina has extensive experience in business process analysis for both new and existing implementations and the ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements and communicate with development and technical staff to achieve goals.  She is known for outstanding documentation, organizational and project management skills, including use of SharePoint, Microsoft Project and Microsoft CRM.  She currently provides project management mentorship and oversight on all of BKD's GP and CRM projects, and manages several key high profile client relationships.

She is a graduate of the University of Central Missouri, Warrensburg, and Yale University, New Haven, Connecticut.
