I help organisations make better use of technology and software to improve efficiency, develop internal processes, enable better decision making, manage collaboration and become more agile. I have specialised in Microsoft Dynamics CRM since 2008 (version 4.0), helping clients to map out their business processes, especially in areas of marketing, sales and customer service. I advise on ways to measure and improve the business outcomes in these areas using CRM as an enabling technology, and customising the system to suit the unique needs of each organisation. I also work with clients to build and improve their data visualisations and create dashboards to provide clear information to support decision making and responses. I write and deliver training for end-users through to administrators and CRM system customisers, and was the lead author of the MIcrosoft Official Courseware (MOC) 80542 Customization and Configuration in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013.
