With over 15 years of experience developing innovative software solutions, Doug has proven himself as a leader who can solve difficult problems for organizations across a wide variety of industries and organization sizes. Although primarily a .Net developer focused on SharePoint, Doug is adept at seeing the bigger picture, recognizing how a particular software solution meets an organization’s larger goals.

Doug not only works to continuously expand his development and technical SharePoint knowledge, but he also actively participates, both as a learner and an educator, in the SharePoint and broader technical community. He is the leader of a Chicago area SharePoint Developers User Group and the Co-coordinator for SharePoint Saturday Chicago. He also speaks at user groups, SharePoint Saturday events, and conferences around the country.

Doug graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. In addition to holding several Microsoft SharePoint Technical Certifications, Doug is also a CPA and serves on the Board of Directors of two small educational not-for-profit organizations.
