Biography

In EY's technology consulting service line, Amy Dolzine is a Microsoft digital technology strategist. Prior to joining technology consulting, Amy was a global knowledge manager for EY in Cleveland. As a passionate enterprise social evangelist, she helps build a better working world by creating awareness of and driving adoption of collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Yammer and SharePoint. With these tools, over 300,000 EY professionals can collaborate and share insights, improving client service. Amy helps her clients leverage Microsoft 365 to enable, apply and activate their teamwork to solve business problems and build a better working world through collaboration and community. She served on The Community Roundtable Member Advisory Board and she is a five-time Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) Award winner for 2016-2021 for her contributions to the field of enterprise social networking. Amy, who joined EY in 2015, has more than 20 years of experience in marketing communications and strategy, business analysis, information solutions and social enterprise community management.

Amy, started her career at PolyOne and has since worked for KeyBank, DigiKnow (now Marcus Thomas, LLC), and Lubrizol. Amy moved around quite a bit when she was growing up has lived in Ontario Canada (twice), and Utah, Illinois, and Ohio, USA. Amy and her husband Brian now live in Aurora Ohio and have two daughters, two Maine Coon cats, and a two Golden Retrievers. She is very active as an alumna of her Fraternity Delta Gamma and loves to ski, sail, and sing. She earned an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio and a BA in Psychology from Denison University in Granville Ohio.
