Biography

Enabling digital transformation and innovative solutions through EY’s strategic relationship with Microsoft in the Americas. Helping to combine EY’s insights and experience in disruptive industry trends, new business models and evolving processes with Microsoft’s scalable, enterprise cloud platform and digital technologies.

In my role, I focus on top-to-top relationship collaboration and program management and help to mobilize our go to market strategy, big strategic bets, accelerate field engagement and drive results through disciplined governance and clear accountability. I work to build a bridge between the EY and Microsoft organizations to ensure activities are coordinated, communications flow, decisions are made and resources are leveraged to help accelerate digital strategy and enable our clients to thrive as they tackle their biggest challenges.

In my 6 years at EY prior to joining the Microsoft Alliance, I was a digital technology strategist in the Technology Consulting Microsoft Practice and a global knowledge awareness advisor in EY Knowledge. Prior to EY, I spent almost 20 years in marketing communications and business analysis for PolyOne (now Avient), KeyBank, DigiKnow (now Marcus Thomas, LLC) and Lubrizol.

I moved around quite a bit when I was growing up lived in Ontario Canada (twice), and Utah, Illinois, and Ohio, USA. My husband Brian and I now live in Aurora Ohio and have two daughters, Lucy, 12 and Beatrice, 9, one Maine Coon cat, Lily and two Golden Retrievers, Penny and Rigby. I am very active as an alumna of my Fraternity Delta Gamma and love to ski, sail, and sing. I earned an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio and a BA in Psychology from Denison University in Granville, Ohio.
