My passion is delivering web-based solutions that enhance the productivity and experiences of colleagues inside organizations. My work focus is on SharePoint, Viva Engage/Yammer, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Planner, Forms, and Stream. I enjoy developing and delivering training materials.

I received a Masters of Library and Information Science from San Jose State University, and after leaving the Corporate Library career behind have been working on empowering employees with intranets, internal social platforms, and collaboration tools. I'm currently at Juniper Networks and am the service owner in IT for Microsoft 365 Content Collaboration platforms.

I've long been engaged in online communities and you can easily find me participating in the Microsoft Tech Community.
