I am passionate about helping others learn new ways of working via digital communication channels. As a community manager, technology evangelist and adoption specialist of Microsoft 365, I help colleagues connect and collaborate through the digital workplace, to find and access the information and resources they need to do their jobs, stay connected to the culture and informed about company strategy. 

She also enables the distribution of corporate messages through other employee-facing channels, such as the intranet, email, and digital monitors. By consulting with key stakeholders to enhance these channels, she ensures employees are able to receive and find the news, resources and tools they need to stay connected.

With over 15 years of intranet experience and multiple SharePoint, MS Teams, Yammer, certifications, Loni has positioned herself as an expert in digital workplace channels. She has been recognized as a Microsoft Most Valued Professional (MVP) in the Office Servers and Services category since 2016 for her work and advocacy of Yammer, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.

Loni earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the College of Mount Saint Vincent in New York where she majored in Journalism and Business.
