Biography

Ike is a senior IT professional with over 25 years of experience specializing in project management, application development, infrastructure design, and integration of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Directory, and Messaging products including Forefront Identity Manager (MIM/FIM/MIIS), Active Directory (AD), Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Exchange. 

He has strong expertise architecting, implementing, and integrating Identity and Access Management (IAM) technological solutions in a large-scale corporate environment to support SSO with ADFS, Directory Services, Data Synchronization, Azure Identity Management, On-premise Identity Management User Account Provisioning, Computer Account Management, MFA, Role Based Access, Distribution List and Security Group Management. 

Ike has developed several tools to enhance the use of the Microsoft Identity Manager. Tools like Password Reset/Unlock Account for Mobile devices (IPhone, Android, WindowsPhone), FIM/MIM Object Audit/Reporting (Github) and Privileged Access Management (Github).

He has worked in a number of industry verticals such as financial services, education, retail, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and Energy. 

Ike is a certified Microsoft IT Professional and a certified Internal Auditor, with global project experience. His unique combination of risk assessment/process controls/best practice knowledge and developer skills has made him an invaluable asset to several corporate management teams. For the last 15 years, has played a senior role on project teams. This included supervising, mentoring, and training team members. 

Ike has excellent writing and communication skills, interfacing with senior management and project managers. He also is a published author (Technical and non-technical Books - and journals) and has written numerous operational manuals for support teams.
