Blogger and Author Focused on Hyper-V and PowerShell

My primary interaction with the community is through blog articles written primarily about Hyper-V in the datacenter. To a lesser extent, I also write about automation using PowerShell.
I also head a number of small open source datacenter management tools. Most notably, I maintain the "Corefig" project, which supplanted the abandoned "CoreConfig" tool.
During the day, I work as a systems administrator in a health care setting, where I take every opportunity to practice what I preach.
I feel that my particular strength within the MVP community is aiding administrators that work at smaller organizations. I recognize the harsh realities and restrictions of resource and time limitations. I do not have a sales background, so I approach problems from a practical perspective rather than a "What commercial product applies?" perspective.
