Her area of expertise are: business productivity solutions, pre-sales support and marketing. Gorana is MSc in marketing, having Master degree in Marketing on Thesis: “Promotional campaigns for Microsoft licenses”. She has delivered many trainings and workshops for Microsoft partners and customers, providing support during the pre-sales processes on following topics: Office 365, Windows licensing, Windows Server and Client, Volume licensing trainings and workshops. She has been invited as a speaker and expert on multiple conferences and IT events in Europe and US, including Microsoft Ignite.
