Vaibhav is a thought leader and a seasoned cloud architect currently working at Kiewit Corporation, one of North America’s largest and most respected construction and engineering organizations. He is playing a pivotal role in Kiewit Technology Group’s ongoing digital transformation, where he is responsible for envisioning and creating cloud strategy, leading and coordinating cultural change for cloud adoption, and continually building and improving the cloud platform foundations that development teams build upon. His day-to-day job responsibilities include developing cloud architecture, promoting best practices, documenting architectural standards, leading new technology adoption, mitigating risks, and managing cloud costs.

Before joining Kiewit, he has worked with multiple clients spread across geographies in the insurance, banking, real estate, and healthcare industries. In the past, he has worked at top IT services/consulting firms like Infosys Ltd., Mindtree Ltd., Yash Technologies, Hanu Software, and Hitachi Consulting. He brings over 15 years of extensive experience in cloud architecture, application architecture, and enterprise architecture. His core technical skills include Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Docker, Kubernetes, .NET, and Terraform.

He has been awarded Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award for the Microsoft Azure category, and he is a Microsoft Certified Trainer. He is a Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert and holds numerous other Azure Certifications, including Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Security Engineer Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Developer Associate, and Azure Database Administrator Associate. He is also an AWS Certified: Cloud Practitioner.
