She has a special focus on marketing, CRM, and customer data platform within the Microsoft ecosystem with products like Dynamics 365 Marketing, Customer Insights, and connecting to CRM and customer service processes in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. 

Guro is part of organizing multiple community events, such as the Nordic Summit, Marketing Day, Oslo Power Platform & Beyond, and the virtual global Customer Experience User Group.
