I am a Lead Dynamics 365 consultant based in Glasgow, specialising in the Sales and Customer Service first-party apps. 

I thrive when stepping out of my comfort zone in my professional and personal life. My strongest attribute is that I can relate, emphasise and communicate with people at all levels. I am motivated by learning and teaching new skills, and I am goal-driven.

Experience
I started working with Dynamics CRM 4.0 back in 2009 as a user. From there, I started making small customisations and reports that would make my working life more productive. I fell in love with the product. 

I spent the next two years managing our internal CRM before running implementation projects, including the official corporate hospitality sales system for the Rugby World Cup. 

I have continued to work with Microsoft partners to successfully implement and support sales, marketing and customer service solutions for customers in various business sectors. Some examples are fundraising, manufacturing, health and Leisure. I have also delivered bespoke solutions for charitable organisations managing animal welfare and school meal uptake.

I have working experience implementing Agile projects and have worked as part of a Scrum team. I am a certified Professional Scrum Master and would like to gain more experience in this field.

Continuous Development
I strive to become an artisan in consultancy. I continue to improve my skillset by actively participating in programmes and online learning courses to enhance my analytical and elicitation skills.

Community
I relish sharing my knowledge and experiences with others and play an active role in the Microsoft Business Applications community. I am part of the 'Virtual Power Group' admin team, and I run regular Power Platform night classes. The aim of these classes is to help people start their Power Platform career, but I also tailor them to prompt discussion between more experienced attendees. 

I publish tutorial videos and live streams on my YouTube channel documenting any new skill/technology I learn, including Power BI, canvas apps, Power Automate and Azure Cognitive Services.
