As a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), and Microsoft Office Specialist Master (MOS) I primarily work with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, but also with Visio, Windows, and XML, and with programs like IBM Notes, iManage WorkSite or Workshare Compare.
Since 1992 I provide IT trainings and freelance project work (e. g. creating templates) for companies of different sectors as well as for public institutions.
Due to my activities in Microsoft newsgroups since 2000, I was awarded as Microsoft MVP for Word in 2003, as MVP for Office Apps & Services in 2018.
