Arfan brings system and solution consulting expertise on Microsoft technologies including enterprise directory services, unified communications and collaborations, security and virtualization. Arfan has been awarded the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) by Microsoft Corporation (US), in 3 consecutive years of 2008, 2009, and 2010. Recently responsible for delivering projects, product updates, technology solutions, IT architecture and design planning, proof of concepts, and knowledge sharing. 
As Senior Unified Communications Consultant for Unify2 Asia Pacific, Arfan’s responsibilities include business development, delivering customer projects and providing thought leadership on Microsoft Unified Communications & Collaborations platform and technology both internally and externally.
Previously, Arfan worked for a Microsoft Voice Certified Partner in Jakarta, Indonesia where he was responsible for designing, planning, and delivering Microsoft Unified Communications solutions and projects across Indonesia. Arfan consulted, designed, and deployed for one of the largest UC/VOICE reference in South East Asia (SEA) region.
