Kuba (formal: Jakub) has been working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM since 2004 (MBS CRM 1.0). Since then he has implemented business platforms based on Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 for tens of organizations in Europe in many industries (telco, distribution, financial services, manufacturing, publishing, healthcare). Kuba gained his experience by taking various project roles, through Technical Lead / Architect in multi-national CRM projects to Business Architect in many complex CRM / xRM deployments. Since 2008 Kuba has been the Principal Consultant and Co-founder at Netwise S.A. - the leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 consulting company in Central and Eastern Europe (Partner of the Year 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010; Microsoft Dynamics Reseller of the Year 2015, 2013, 2011; Inner Circle 2015, 2013, President's Club 2013, 2011, Deloitte Fast50 CE Rising Star Winner 2012). Kuba is an active CRM consultant and a blogger. His articles about CRM and modern approach to CRM projects are published in industry magazines (Computerworld, ITWiz, Forbes, Parkiet, MIT Sloan Management Review). Kuba gave numerous speeches about CRM strategies, digital transformation and Agile methodologies at many industry coinferences sucha as eXtremeCRM (Las Vegas, Prague, Berlin, Warsaw), xRM Acceleration Lab (Redmond), CRM Launch (Warsaw), Microsoft Business Forum (Warsaw) etc. He is also the co-author of two volumes of "The CRM Field Guide" published in the USA in 2012 and in 2015.
