Mr. Li is an active angel investor and a serial entrepreneur with a solid technical background and rich social network experience. 

He started studying at Tsinghua University in 1997, Founded the famous campus community bbs.zixia.net in 1998, and became the System Operator of Tsinghua BBS the same year. From 1999 to 2001, he acted as Network Engineer at ChinaRen.com(Later SoHu.com). Then he founded AKA Technology Co., Ltd. in 2001 and has been the CEO since then. From 2005 to 2007, he acted as Chief Scientist of YouKu.com, responsible for the Technology & Product team. He founded JiWai.de in 2007, which is the 1st MicroBlogging Service in China, and acted as the CEO of JiWai.de. Mr. Li has extensive experience in information technology and networking security deep understanding of social networking, network operation, and related domains.

Mr. LI published five books: Linux Network Programming in 2001, Email Anti-Spamming in 2006, Intelligence Dialog in 2018, Chatbot 0 to 1 in 2019, and Concise TensorFlow 2 in 2020.
