Alejandro came into contact with computing in the 1980s with a Casio PB-100, later with a Spectrum 48K and later with a Sinclair QL, while he was pursuing higher studies in Communications Electronics.

He is an "Ad Honorem" collaborator in the technical communities since Windows 98 and was recognized with the Microsoft MVP award in Windows technologies consecutively from 2003 to 2021 (from 2016 as MVP Insiders), in 2014 Nokia - Microsoft Mobile, highlights him as user of the month from 2014 to 2018 and Lenovo as Lenovo Community Advocate from 2014 to 2018, in 2022 it becomes part of the Microsoft MVP Reconnect group.

He has attended various Microsoft and HP events such as those held by Microsoft at Microsoft headquarters in Redmond, Seattle, Vista Labs in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and local Open Days. With HP at the HP Summit 2012 in San Francisco (California) where he was recognized as HP Top 2011 Members and Microsoft Community Champions 2011.

He is a Microsoft beta tester since Windows XP and is currently part of the Microsoft Windows Insider program where he participates in the improvement and evolution of Windows 11.
