Mitch has been a technology professional for more than 30 years and have pursued a variety of roles and positions within the computer industry ranging from software development and marketing to computer systems integration. His current skills include experience in database design and development, business application design, security and patch management, change control and process management, and system integration.  Mitch has been focusing almost exclusively on Dynamics CRM since 2005.
