I have delivered training for The Versatile Company since 1996. Prior to joining Versatile, I gained insight into Microsoft Project while working at Microsoft as a member of the Microsoft Project support team. I have maintained my intimate knowledge of Microsoft Project with each new release including the newest enterprise features of Project, Project Server and Project Online.

During my tenure at Versatile, I have honed my instruction skills by delivering programs for approximately 1000 people or more every year. I am a certified Project Management Professional as well as a holder of the MCITP credentials.

One of my pleasures is writing and sharing information, particularly about Microsoft Project. I use it on a daily basis and so I see it as more than software with which to manage projects. It is an amazing tool with spectacular capabilities.
