Starting in 2005, Andrew has gained extensive experience in enterprise information systems implementation, software development, technical consulting, project leadership and solutions design. Since early career days, Andrew had been combining the experience of working in customers’ implementation team and being a team member of the service providers. That had brought him the deep understanding of processes of delivering a qualitative software product and managing clients’ expectation. Andrew’s professional skills field includes different aspects of technical software systems delivering: conceptual architecting, presale activities, technical and business processes analysis and system design, solutions development, information systems implementation, UAT support and maintenance activities. Common subject fields and areas of projects have been intranet portals, enterprise content and document management systems, business processes automation, customer relationship management modules, LOB automation modules, data integration, transformation and reporting systems. Since 2012, Andrew has been running an independent software company and a team of developers helping the clients achieving their goal by automating different aspects of daily workflows and routines using SharePoint. On the projects, Andrew uses the Microsoft Technologies Stack and SharePoint in particular with a reasonable combination of OOTB and custom development, business value, project workload, and budget compromises. In SharePoint community Andrew gained some global recognition being an active opensource contributor on GitHub and the author of the tools for SharePoint used by many teams and developers, nominated as Microsoft MVP in Office Server and Services Development category and as a member of SharePoint PnP Core Team helps him being on a bleeding edge of SharePoint technology and modern development.
